1- Where is the location of FER Hotel?
FER Hotel is located in the historic district of Istanbul, very close to main tourist attractions. It is within walking distance to iconic landmarks such as Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar.
2-How can I reach FER Hotel?
FER Hotel offers easy access to major transport points in Istanbul. You can reach the hotel from the airport by bus, taxi, or private transfer. It is within 5-15min. walking distance from public transportation options: - 'Çemberlitaş' station on the T1 Tram Line - 'Sirkeci' station on the Marmaray Line (Exit 4) - HAVAŞ Shuttle for 'Sultanahmet' - City Ferry Lines 'Eminönü' Pier
3-What amenities are available in the hotel rooms?
The rooms at FER Hotel are modern and comfortably furnished. All rooms offer free Wi-Fi, room amenities such as flat-screen TV, safety deposit box, split air conditioning, desk and chair, parquet floors, rain shower, towels, slippers, complimentary toiletries, minibar (upon request, extra), electric kettle, Nespresso machine (upon request), as well as free tea, coffee, and bottled water.
4-What are the check-in and check-out times at the hotel?
At FER Hotel, the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and the check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability.
5-Is there parking available at the hotel?
FER Hotel offers free parking to its guests. However, vehicles must meet the size requirements of 2 meters in height and 4.5 meters in length to use the parking service, as cars are parked through a car lift. Hotel provides valet service only and keys must be hold by the hotel.
6-Does FER Hotel have a fitness center or spa services?
FER Hotel has a smartly equipped fitness area for guests to use. However, the hotel does not offer spa, hammam, or steam room; our staff will be pleased to direct you to outsourced spa & hammam services.
7- Can I bring my pet to the hotel?
No pets are allowed at FER Hotel.
8-Apart from the reservation payment, will I need to pay a city tax or any extra fees?
The hotel’s room rates include VAT and city tax. However, a €100 deposit is collected upon check-in, which will be refunded 100% at check-out, provided no additional charges are incurred.
9-Is there meal service apart from breakfast?
FER Hotel operates on a bed and breakfast basis. Snacks and drinks are available until 3:00 PM at the restaurant on R Floor. Additionally, you may use the QR menu in the rooms to access Papyon room service, available until 3:00 AM.
10- Are there any rooms with a balcony or smoking areas?
No, none of the rooms at FER Hotel have balconies, and smoking is not allowed in the rooms. However, there is a designated smoking area on the rooftop terrace (R Floor), which is open 24 hours.
11- The bathroom in the photos appears to be made of glass; is there an open bathroom design?
No, the bathroom has an automatic blind to prevent visibility from the room. This blind can be controlled via a button inside the bathroom.

There is only one room at FER Hotel designed for our disabled guests. The room has wide doors, spacious entrance area, necessary bathroom and in-room equipment required for wheelchair use. There is also a companion room connected to this room. If a companion room is requested, a separate room reservation must be made.
13- Is there a pool at FER Hotel?
Unfortunately, FER Hotel does not have a swimming pool, except for a decorative pool in the atrium.
14- How many stars does your hotel have?
FER Hotel is not in any star category. It is a sophisticated hotel with a boutique concept, focused on luxury service.
15- Does FER Hotel have any other branches?
Currently, FER Hotel does not have any branches outside of the Historical Peninsula of Istanbul.
